Clement J. Hearey (CJ) is our Senior Immigration Paralegal. CJ possesses seven years of experience in support of our clients’ needs, covering aspects of U.S. business immigration process which include preparing Nonimmigrant (temporary) work visas Petitions and applications, such as E, H-1B, L-1, TN, and J visa classifications; EB-1 Multinational Manager Immigrant Visa (green card) Petitions; Adjustment of Status Applications; and, U.S. Naturalization (Citizenship) Applications. Additionally, he is well versed in preparing applications for Employment Authorization and Advance Parole, and U.S. Reentry Permits. CJ has developed a particular expertise preparing visa beneficiaries for visa stamp applications at U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the globe. His years of experience have imparted to him a strong working knowledge of the policies, procedures and processes of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the nonimmigrant and immigrant visa consular processes at U.S. Consular Posts abroad.
CJ is currently pursuing his law degree at American University – Washington College of Law, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
